Installation

This page is only about installing and signing in to Collabute.

If you want integration setup, continue to Getting Started after this page.

What you need before installing

• An active Collabute account invitation.
• Access to your organization workspace.
• A stable internet connection.

Install Collabute desktop app

• Download the desktop app from your organization-provided link.
• Run the installer and complete the install prompts.
• Launch Collabute.

First sign-in

• Sign in with your work account.
• Accept your workspace invitation (if prompted).
• Confirm you can open the main dashboard.

Confirm installation succeeded

• You can open Settings.
• You can open Settings > Integrations.
• Your profile/workspace name appears correctly.

If installation fails

• Re-download the installer and retry.
• Confirm your account invitation is still valid.
• Ask your admin to verify your workspace membership.
• Then check Troubleshooting for integration-specific issues.
