Best for
- Calendar visibility for daily planning.

- Email drafting workflows (when enabled).
Requirements
- Google account with access to your work calendar.
- Collabute role allowed by org integration policy.
Connect Google
- Open Settings > Integrations.
- Select Google.
- Click Connect and complete Google authorization.
- Return to Collabute and confirm status is Connected.
Validate connection
- "What’s on my calendar today?"
- "Do I have any free time this afternoon?"
- "Draft a follow-up email for today’s client meeting."
Common issues
- Connection failed: OAuth popup/session was interrupted. Re-run connect flow.
- No calendar data: wrong Google account connected.
- Permission denied: role restricted by org policy.
Availability note
- If Google appears disabled in settings, your workspace may be on phased rollout or temporary maintenance.
- Check with your admin for current release status.
