Understand what integrations are available and where to use them.
Collabute integrations connect your team systems directly into your workflow.
With integrations enabled, Collabute can answer questions with live context, reduce manual status checks, and help teams move from discussion to execution faster.
Integrations available
- Vercel: Deployment status, build logs, runtime incident triage, and protected preview checks.
- Google: Calendar and email context for scheduling and meeting follow-through.
- Linear: Issue and task workflows connected to meeting actions.
- Slack: Conversation context and communication workflows.
Before you start
- You must be part of an active organization in Collabute.
- Some integrations are organization-level and can only be connected by Admins/Owners.
- Your organization can set role-based access for who can use each integration.
Recommended setup order
1. Connect integrations in Settings > Integrations. 2. Confirm access roles for each integration. 3. Test from chat with one simple prompt per integration. 4. Roll out to the rest of your team.
Where integrations are used
- Settings > Integrations: connection status, connect/disconnect, and access control.
- Chat: natural-language queries and action-oriented workflows.
- Inbox: proactive alerts and summaries when available.
Security model (user-facing)
- Collabute follows your organization role model.
- Access is controlled by integration-level permissions.
