Thesis
A team can leave a planning meeting aligned and still ship the thing they agreed not to do.
The “hold EU pricing until tax is done” note sits in Slack. Linear gets a ticket called update pricing page. Someone assigns it to Cursor. The PR ships EU pricing.
The only reason this used to get caught is a PM who was in the room, wrote the tickets by hand, and remembered the tax block two weeks later. Most teams have one of those people. They are already late, already in too many meetings, and the coding tools do not see any of what they know unless somebody pastes it into the prompt.
Collabute Core is that job, written down in a place tickets and coding tools can actually use.
It records what the product team decided and what they parked. It writes the Linear or Jira ticket with the tax block still on it. It passes the same brief into Cursor, Claude, or Devin. Then it reads the PR against that brief and runs the change in a sandbox before merge.
We stay on the product: roadmap, tickets, code, the reasons a feature was delayed. We do not touch email, hiring, or the company wiki.
The test is simple. A ticket Core wrote should produce a cleaner PR in the tools the team already pays for. If the only way we help is by becoming their editor and their QA lab, we built the wrong thing.
